Sagrado Corazón School, Guadalajara, Spain

   Our school is located in the centre of the town. Guadalajara is a city and municipality in the autonomous community of Castile–La Mancha, Spain, and in the natural region of La Alcarria. It is the capital of the province of Guadalajara. It is located roughly 60 km northeast of Madrid, and has a population of 83,789 (2010).
   The school is attended by pupils from 2 to 16 years old, in a number of about 700 students. About 50 teachers are part of the staff.
   Sagrado Corazón School of Guadalajara designs, develops and assess all of its teaching plannings and all of its teaching tasks keeping in mind the principles of the Educational Project (PE) and the Quality Policy.
School’s mission describes the different reasons we exist for:

We are integrated in our social context and we are opened to the needs and trends that appear in our environment, trying to understand them, joining and giving them an answer through our principles.

We build the partnership from the respect, the honesty, through sharing, the confidence and fidelity

We promote the personal development through the inner being, the prayers, the reflection, the research of the one’s best through the meeting with God.

We respect the life and we accept different kinds of people.

   All the teachers, pupils, as well as wide community in our area are going to participate in this project and will try to do the best for the best results of the project.

   Moreover, Sagrado Corazon School will also be responsible for taking part in the following project activities.
•    Organization of meeting in Spain in 2014 for discussing of the project process.
•    Conducting researches to identify the meanings of body language.
•    Encouraging social interaction among participants.

     Our school took part in a different Comenius project before, and it supposed to be a great experience for students as well as for teachers and all the educational community. Everybody had the chance to exchange new experiences and learning about other European countries. Moreover it was and nowadays, it’s a great opportunity to be aware that all of us take part of the same family, a big family and it’s called WORLD.
